The question:
How January (2009) will be for me, from a sentimental point of view?
The answer: 57.5 > 18
The context: I am not in a relationship now.

From 57.5 I understand that something might happen in my sentimental life.
But what surprised me was the time reference, the same in 57.5 and in 18.0 :
57.5: Before the change, three days./After the change, three days.
18: Before the starting point, three days./After the starting point, three days.

Could someone help me to understand it?

If it is to do with your diet, then you are probably eating less and doing well on it.
