57 and 46 help

Hello

Second time posting here - last time it really helped so I'm back!

I have been offered a flat (after waiting 6 years to move) but there are some negatives such as having to give up my current tenancy status as this one is on a different type of tenancy.

I've had very mixed feelings about whether to take it as the rent is higher than it would be if it was on my current tenancy type. Since being offered it a few days ago I've gone from feeling excited to really miserable and confused about what to do (particularly in such uncertain times what with Brexit and not knowing what is to come especially when it comes to housing etc).

I did a reading to find out what the outcome would be if I took the flat and got 57 with a 9 in the fifth place and a 9 in the sixth. It then changed to 46.
I have been reading and reading these over and over and I feel confused about whether it seems positive or negative - I feel like some parts relate to both good and bad but don't really have enough experience to understand it fully.

Any help on this would be much appreciated - I am feeling rather lost!

Firstly, please do not think as your casting as negative or positive.....you can look at particular postings on this issue on this site.
Secondly, with questions regarding housing, which is essentially a very important thing to have, you need to also be guided by legal and financial facts.
I will have a look at my journal - this reading rings a bell in that I asked the same similar question and got this reading.

Yes, I have it....it was about an outcome for moving to a new area, buying a derelict property. same reading.

I think that it is telling you to really look thoroughly at what you are letting yourself into - 57.5 is a good line, but only if you consider things carefully. Line 57.6 in my experience looks at how the decision is influenced by those around us, or by us taking them into consideration in the decision. The negativity of this line has a lot to do with their influence on you.

On this basis, my comments in my previous post are really important here. It is not saying it is a good thing, or a bad thing to move - you just need to consider the circumstances carefully. I also think that the casting is about initiating movement - which is a good thing. The resulting hex 46 is interesting, in that it often, in my experience again, means that you need to see someone, maybe a solicitor or legal represenative in this case. They might enlighten you as to the problems you may face here.

Just to give you my experience, the purchase was quite advanced in my case. The survey had been done (and a reduction in price agreed). I went to see a builder who gave me a quote - all good. My solicitor did searches. Then I asked another builder, who had already done some work at the house and who had wanted to buy the place himself.......he said forget it, not only was there more work than thought (even for him) but they were planning to build flats next door. I am not saying for one minute that you should not proceed with your move, just maybe look into things more carefully before you leap...
