I have been trying to lose this weight I have put on since I have moved and asked the yi,

What is keeping me from losing the weight I want to lose?

58.4 to 60

What I get from this is I am not sure it is worth it to lose the weight or not. Do I really want to give up the goodie?

The Yi loves a good pun don't you think!

"Joyousness that is weighed is not at peace. After ridding himself of
mistakes a man has joy." (Wilhelm)
"Measured joy is less than serene; limit the anxiety to own happiness".
(Bradford)

58 speaks of balance, and exchange, and weighing things, making
give and take equal. This could refer to calorie intake vs energy
burning. Or, it could refer to your social cirlce? 58:4 also speaks of
choosing the higher pleasure: "make up his mind to turn away from
the lower pleasures and to strive for the higher. Once this decision
is sealed, he finds true joy and peace, and inner conflict is overcome".
Again, this could refer to nutrition, or, there could be some emotional
problem interfering with your stress and hormone levels. Luckily It
sounds that you do have a choice. The advice seems to be that you
need a firm decision to do what is right, and limitation of some sort.

The Yi certainly does love a good pun.

Yes I have to make up my mind to turn away from the goodie more often. :)

Stress and being peri menopausal surely has some to do with it too.
