Usually when I get this line I feel like I must move away from the situation.
"Nip the problem in the bud" then the horse makes me feel I have to run away...

Although in reading around other translations & opinions on this forum...I am confused lol...As there is talk of rescue, rescue outside of yourself....

59 is about removing obstacles and removing egotism, that's all I know, I just threw a 59 myself, still trying to completely understand. But the removing egotism I think could point to oneself, and this hex is written using male pronouns, so "he" may mean you? The female/yin symbolism here refers to egotism and obstacles mostly. It is my understanding that male principle can refer to the self and female the ego(no sexism, just the way it is written)

Actually, the dispersing clouds b4 they become storm part could mean taking steps to preempt a misunderstanding or argument, maybe?

Might be saying that this might be best time to disentangle the situation you describe, while there are less disagreements. Later might be more difficult and painful.

lol the misunderstanding was the lack of realism of the situation as he lived in the UK & I in the USA

On a positive note, that man esteemed me high in our related field and only wished the best for me.
We never saw each other again.
