I am so in doubt when I get this line; does it advice one to leave a situation, or does it advice one to stay in it?
My question was "What will you advice me to do in relation to him?" This was asked as I am pondering to break all communication with a friend, as I fear I am a burden to him, and also that our relation is abit draining to me since he is not very communicative.
I would appreciate help with this reading.

"What will you advice me to do in relation to him?"
59.2>20.
20 as context. Observing the situation.
59.2 This line describes dispersing a perilous situation and rushing to that which supports you. It is described as getting off your couch, and what you rush to, that supports you is described as stairs, security and an altar. You will not regret doing this, and you will get what you want then.

I thought the Yi might throw the decision back to you, so you would take responsibility for your own decisions.
But the Yi answered "well observing your situation.." (20 as context.) It sounds like there is some peril and you should move quickly.
