I asked a question that is very close to my heart. the answer shocked me because it speaks exactly of all my most negative thoughts about it. in short, exactly the sense I feared.
so I wonder if I am the one who has influenced the answer.

I come to the point:
I wrote a project that is the proposal to include some events to raise awareness of my company's community on job security. a new and innovative idea.
I have to present the project to a work group where I recently took part. they are experts, they are people of command, while I am not. I am inexperienced and I am there only because this is the mil area and my boss wanted to insert me.
I wrote my project, even though my boss warned, and I asked Yi how he will be greeted by the expert group. reply:
62.1.6> 30
I see that I will be considered arrigant, with grandiose ideas and unable to carry them out. a little bird that falls into the trap.
just all my fears in that answer. is it really possible?
some colleagues read the project and find it exciting. I don’t know what to think about...
is there any advice and I don't understand it?

thanks to those who want to help me understand.

a warm greeting.

Hello Fortuny1889,

this is not a predicition, this is an advice!

If you know that there is such a danger beforehand, you can well prepare and protect yourself - by being extra correct, doing your best, and then you can take this more modest perspective - I'm not an expert, you are experts, I honour you, and this is what I think about this and that - as a person coming from outside … Keep it concise, do what you can do to prepare … don't "fly off", but keep your thoughts grounded, better to be a bit boring than all-too exciting. Don't try to know anything better.

you have to be extra-cautious (62), look at all the details, don't fly too high, and then you can still let your light shine (30).

All the best, fingers crossed!

Update:

I decided to postpone the sending of my project because at the next meeting there will be a person who can have high interests to manipulate my proposals to take them as his and have them implemented by his work group which is, by its nature, akin to the issues of my group but in antagonism with us.

Presenting these ideas on this occasion would have been a false step for me.

When I realized this, I thought of the 30: the net that traps the bird. was yi saying "watch out for the trap"? Firse yes. I don't feel like risking it.

I will update you later.

Thanks again!
