I think you needed to relax and sit with that 5 and let it sink in. It looks a nice opportunity, if you want it there is no sense in turning it down through a frenzied series of readings. It's also a question of 'what's the worse that can happen?' The worse that can happen is you find it's too far, the pay is too low, you don't like it and leave. That would be okay wouldn't it. It would be far better than not taking the job through readings that you don't understand or don't apply anyway.Well out of the blue! today an email arrived from a greenhouse I'd applied for last year, asking me to join seasonally The pay is low but it's a dream job working with plants, in a warm beautiful environment.... a pretty far drive but I really wouldn't mind. I adore caring for plants and have long wanted to study them more closely.
Asked "show me an image of taking this job at X greenhouse"
Cast 5 uc!
I asked
"clarify what im waiting for with 5?"
Oh just to say I don't see this as you're done with it but more an affirmation that it's a good route, it's fairly solid. Of course it's not great if you're in pain and also I'm sure you have so many other skills and cleaning is low status/low pay....although I have friends who clean and they dictate the pay in some instances and it's not too bad if it's easy work. Like one friend cleans offices that hardly need cleaning at all. Sometimes one can get lucky with a cleaning job I think. Also despite being hard physical work it's kind of low stress interpersonally I imagine? For cleaning job - Ihave much experience with cleaning but stopped due to chronic pain before
63 uc (you're done with this line of work already)
cleaning happens to be one of my escape routes, but posting on Clarity or browsing is definitely up there!Oh just to say I don't see this as you're done with it but more an affirmation that it's a good route, it's fairly solid. Of course I'm not saying go and do that if it's just going to exacerbate your symptoms. I just wanted to say it's possible to see 63uc differently here. I realise as I write that I sat down here to have a rest from cleaning my place which I find utterly exhausting and back breaking. I'd always rather write posts on Clarity than clean, it's my escape route
As Trojina said, there doesn't seem to be any reason not to at least try it. 5 might even reflect the fact that you applied last year and you've been waiting. My first thought with 62.3 is that it isn't about the job but about you questioning it.Well out of the blue! today an email arrived from a greenhouse I'd applied for last year, asking me to join seasonally The pay is low but it's a dream job working with plants, in a warm beautiful environment.... a pretty far drive but I really wouldn't mind. And got such an unpleasant reading!
62.3>16
this is a beautiful connection, Ana Maria.P.s. you've chosen to present yourself in this forum as "Kestrel Wings", the smallest of falcons and a bird that hunts prey by looking first, hoovering and plugging down, nearly hunting on the ground.
62 is about a flying bird (LiSe) that "leaves behind its sound: it is not fit above, it is fit below." In human affairs h62 is often about putting one's thoughts, affairs and words in order before taking action (growing within a nested area bf the plunge). I doubt that this coincidence is without meaning: there may be something in the actual techniques of your chosen totem and the image that theYi offered.
So yes actually! I phoned back and explained the situation, they talked to HR, and reinstated me with adjusted hours so as to avoid the fatigue problem at the end of the day and clearer expectations around communicating. I feel a bit grumpy being back, as it dug at my ego to go back somewhere willing to fire me over voicemail, but its better than unemployment and going fine again.Oh sorry to hear that.
But could you have taken the 62.3 as 'don't take the job'? It wouldn't make sense to me to see it as you got 5 because you were waiting to be stabbed in the back.
Interestingly I have had 62.3 for missing calls, it's like your back being turned at the wrong moment. However in your case it doesn't make a difference if she is actually firing you. That is if you had been there to answer the phone the outcome would have been the same presumably. Do you think it's worth trying to have any kind of conversation to be clear about what the problem was?
Excellent news!So yes actually! I phoned back and explained the situation, they talked to HR, and reinstated me with adjusted hours so as to avoid the fatigue problem at the end of the day and clearer expectations around communicating.
Yes and it's not only workplaces I think it's everywhere if there is no outward sign of disability. That is if someone sees you standing up and walking they think you're fine whereas you may have a limited capacity to go on standing or walking. It's good that HR now know the reasons you need a stool etc but don't be surprised if you have to go on having to 'explain' to colleagues. If there's no clear outer symbol they just slip back into thinking you are as able as they are.Its very common for workplaces to make assumptions of ability or character when a worker is accommodating a disability without explicitly explaining, i.e. using a stool at counter or taking short breaks to stretch means you are lazy, unmotivated, etc.
