Hey Brad, I notice that you render 9.2 in the passive, as I do. Yet do you see the possibility of the small restraint that 9.2 images being a matter of leading oneself back to where one belongs? Allowing oneself to be led BY ONE'S OWN BETTER INCLINATIONS?

I read Qian1 as drawn, pulled, led, attracted, persuaded
but in 43,4 it's even more strongly passive -
in tow, on a leash, to be led (like a sheep).
The only control there is choosing to assent to it or fight it .
