Met someone recently and unexpectedly from out of town. We had a lovely few days hanging out and connecting romantically. Now this person has to leave and may be back in a couple months... and may be back permanently at some point.

Where is this going to go? (WB translations)
14.2.3 Possession in Great Measure > 21 Biting Through
.2: “A big wagon for loading. One may undertake something. No blame.”
.3: “A prince offers it to the Son of Heaven. A petty man cannot do this.”

I'm feeling that the reading is basically positive, as 14 is basically a very positive hex. The relationship can be undertaken (per .2), but a degree of patience and/or a somewhat spiritual viewpoint may be called for (.3).

Thoughts?

Hi liquidity,
this is a great option (14.2) ... asks for a lot of dedication and commitment, (14.3), with 21 as a related hexagram, you are probably advised to get clear about something. I don't always understand it well, but it always tends to put a light on things to be all right and fair. The oracle might remind you of your own greatness, so let your light shine and enjoy!
All the best,
Mandarine

Hi liquidity, I think the reading is saying the potential is there but don't get too carried away with things yet. Line 3 - give what you can to the situation but don't overgive or adapt your life to fit the situation because you're keen for it to go somewhere. Look at what you may be sinking your teeth into.

Great question! Those few days were lovely but chatting long-distance wasn’t so great and it became evident that we were not in fact compatible. They were a bit depressed and self-obsessed. And so I had to give it up (that’s the line 3 I guess!).
