A little insight..

I’ve asked for advise in a time of need. I’ve been seeing signs in the form of repeating numbers for quite some time but sometimes things get muddled and I can’t always see what the message is actually trying to tell me. In this case I’m concerned about a relationship potentially holding me back, the hard part is on some level I believe this person to truly be a soulmate. So I’ve asked the iching “Please offer insight on my current situation, what are the signs telling me” The response was 35.4 changing to 23. A little scary when I look at is, as 23 is splitting apart. But I don’t want to over look any details. Can anyone offer more insight into this reading?

23 - is context. I would read the single line, but the context hex 19 is when things are unraveling, staying put is to your advantage rather than going somewhere.

35.4 The image here is a mouse scurrying along a wall before the cat can pounce. Progress like a hamster, collecting possessions and running for safety. A kind of progress but not appropriate for you, even if you are correct it is dangerous.
Sometimes this line is a warning about restlessness and anxiety leading to splitting apart, or a warning about the malicious intentions of others.
