A potential rental 55>17

I have been looking for a rental for nearly a month but having no luck and weird delays.
I’ve now found one I’ve been waiting to inspect for a couple of weeks but it will mean taking half hour off work which isn’t ideal.
How worthwhile is it for me to inspect this rental.... Hex 55.3.5>17....it looks like it’s good to follow through Hex 17 and Line 3 Hex 55 seems to be a reflection of the delays whilst Line 5 seems to say I’ll be rewarded for making the effort. Thanks

i see it the way you do, in terms of following or following through (17), it's good time for you to show up for the viewing and it will be worth taking time off work.

I decided against even viewing this rental as I found something more in the area that I wanted as this one was just to close to the CBD. It’s a share situation that I’ve started another thread on
