#23, Thank You for reply Marcip. Personally I find the cosmologic aspect in His sequence - or the lack of it - as a possible clue to the order, yet nothing seems to point in that direction. And then the big question: Or ?
Seeing the Order as a causual mess is tempting and from the wiev of it all being a "Bronce Age thing" established only out of Superstition, Yes. But having experienced the I practically working well again and again one may ask: How is that possible ? Mere coinsidence ? Self-manipulation (equal to placebo effects) ? One who have not experienced the extraordinary accuracy in the way I Ching offers answers will be tempted to take it for that.

Thanks, that was interesting. Sorry for not writing until now, but I am too busy with my unprovable theory... but as soon as I'm done with it, I will read about the I-Ching's cosmology connection.
Until then "...the rationale (if any) underlying king Wen's sequence remains an enigma..."

Just for Your info: the author don't offer any solutions but gives a brief introduction to "the history of trying to solve the mystery of the king Wen Sequence" so to speak. But I think You can use this overlook - at least to keep Your feets to the ground
