Sometime accessed one of my online social networking accounts. I was alerted and took the necessary steps to secure my account.

What do I need to know about that?

42.2-61

Maybe increased by ten paired tortoise shells.
Nothing is capable of going against this.
Ever-flowing constancy, good fortune.
The king uses this to make offerings to the supreme being: good fortune.

Maybe someone was attempting to get access to financial information of some type? Thankfully, there wasn't any.

Why did this person do that?

8.5 - 2

A demonstration of seeking union:
The king uses three beaters,
Lets the game in front go.
The city people are not coerced.
Good fortune

The person was looking to "seek union"/connect with my account?

Given these answers should I be worried? I don't think so given the first answer. I would think - and I may be wrong - that I would get more worrisome hexes and lines were there any type of danger here.

hi esolo,

42.2 looks like it's saying that you are right, there was a breach of your confidentiality. I think it also says there's a need to review the terms of safety of your account -there might be a warning there that the system cannot support what you can consider a safe environment for sharing more personal data; in that case, you'll need to adjust things according to the extent of your own comfort -doesn't mean you must cancel the account, just keep out of it any links to more confidential stuff.

There's not much personal in your 8.5 imo . . whoever did it obviously had their reasons and reasoning but these don't seem tied to any wish to connect to your account in specific. I think it's a case of come what may . . Not even sure they saw who or what you are, maybe seen you as a serial number or another case in point? Or maybe not, but this is what 8.5 looks to me from here

I hope everything's ok with your account now, it is very unnerving to think that someone's tampering with your data online

Thank you for your input, rodaki.

Thankfully, there wasn't any kind of confidential information there. I have changed all my passwords and hopefully that will be the end of it.

Sometimes we get suspicious because we don't understand what's going on. Same thing happened to me the other day.

From your readings, it looks to me like the management of the social network site was trying to increase services to you -- not hack into your personal data. Looks like they were installing something or making some changes intended to help you, not hurt you.

I can't understand why Dora would say 42.2 meant the account had been hacked  I don't feel the line auspices are that easily over ridden and theres a certain 'blessing' in 42.2 so i agree with Ginnie it was probably some confounded 'update' or other...my computer gives me about 40 a day ...what happened would seem to me to do with being given like a gift something not with something being taken away

but i agree that 8.5 may say not personal in this context :) I liked that association of 8.5 with not being personal...the beaters will capture whoever comes within their sphere

hi Trojan :)

the reason behind my take on 42.2 is that I often see it as a further confirmation of what one already knows . . in this case I though it referred to the fact of the account been hacked . . after esolo's feedback though I 'm thinking it could also be saying that esolo has covered all possible ways (10 pairs of tortoise) to ensure things are in good working conditions (42s image) by changing all passwords (the secret codes of 61.2) . .

In the negative context of the situation it seemed too much to try and give a straightforward 'blessings' interpretation of the line but felt more fitting to see it as a blessing in disguise . .

hope everyone's having a great holidays' time!

8.5

Why did this person do that?

8.5 - 2

I tend to think that 8.5 means, in general, the best kind of leadership in a situation of mutual assistance -- which in relation to your post implies a good leadership team of the social network site.

I have read some really funny interpretations of this line, and by "funny" I mean humorous. For example, Whincup writes: "Despite their shortcomings, the King remains a shiny ally to his people."

Anyway, I have never experienced any cause for fear in connection with this line. :)
