Advice on job search or going back to home country

Hello forum,

I found myself very stressed out looking for a job while on a visa. It's been over 1 month since my last casting on this matter.
The job search has been slow and the interview process took a lot from me. I only got some final interviews in January, been rejected from both. With the notes saying that I'm "extremely talented" and with a "ton of potential" but not a good fit. I'm yet to ask anything else from them. I found myself emotionally exhausted completely. So I made a few castings:

Effect if I stay in the country looking for a job:
14.2>30

If I quit and go home:
27uc

I'm really confused about the 2.3. At this moment, another interviewer ghosted me and I have to apply for more once again. But this reading suggest I follow something and not be active and also be modest? As in, I'm supposed to sell myself in interviews and here is the opposite?
For staying in the country, I am puzzled about 14.2 after reading some forum posts. Is it positive or not? Seems like I will get help and pull some resources? Then 30 is there clarity in my life or clarity that it's over for me here anyway?

And 27 seems like only at home I will be able to take care of myself.

I think the advice of your first reading is to maybe take a subordinate position, like the "mare."The difficulty of line two, at least for your job search, is that you may need to be willing to accept little or no credit for what is likely hard work,"probably [while] serving a king."
Some of the commentary also alludes the potential need to avoid outshining people so that you have time to mature; however, at this stage you're just trying to get hired. So, maybe don't outshine the interviewer? Maybe. Or, maybe don't try to hard to impress? I'm not too sure.
Now, for 14.2: I think this sounds rather good. The images of the "big wagon" and with "somewhere to go" sound like you will be someone to be relied on. Huang's commentary states that this is a "modest" position; I agree. Now, having somewhere to go could also be interpreted as needing to go home; tell me what you think.
Also, what do you mean about clarity in relation to Hex 30? The translations I use refer to brightness, but not clarity per se. This could mean your own desire for success. I'm not inclined to view it as advice to shine given the modesty emphasized throughout your readings.
Now, 27UC for going home could mean a lot of things. Perhaps it is simply a message to be aware of what you need for nourishment. Only you can decide if the sustenance you find in a foreign land is sufficient for your needs. Try taking stock of what you need and if the current job market where you reside will provide for your nourishment vs the environment in your home country.

Now, here are a few important things to consider. I'm running out of money as I'm doing the job search. I'm paying for school here. Since my business project didn't launch I am in a tough spot. I wanted to leave in December but also I lived in this country for 7 years, since I was 16, so it is really tough.

Now I'm re-reading the previous post. I'm not sure if they were that positive, the 51 relating? At this point, I spent lots of time on 2 final interviews, 1 got canceled and got no interviews lined up.
Even if 14.2 is "no blame". I already blame myself a lot for not searching sooner, for relying on the startup with my ex.

My greatest fear is financial. Leaving anytime is better than later with less money. Perhaps I should cast for that?

I'd take 2.3 as an advice - yes, as Sun Wukong said, to be ready to accept a position as an employee. Not a business entrepreneur! Just a more modest position. And, no drama!

Funny that hexagram 14 - possession of the great - and then 14.2 a big wagon loading - seemingly tells that you've got enough money or can get enough ... or, let's put it more idealistically, great talent.

Asked "what to expect in the coming three months?" and I got one job offer I didn't really like and accept, and then, at the end of the three-month-period, things went better, I gained some recognition, a grant, but still there seemed to be no direction to go.

27 unchanged in my experience said that you can rely on something, gain support, but nothing special really ... no one really waiting ... well, but this is just a clue.

Ah, thanks for weighing in! That's something... I kinda have to stay here and get a job to be able to immigrate sooner.
But you say in the end of 3 year period? That's a long time. But also 27uc – I'll consider your interpretation. I really want to just go and chill there for 2 or 3 weeks, I have a free place to stay there. But not much beyond that. I haven't lived there in 7 years. So there is a lot of pressure here.

3 months, sorry! And also - there is a thread on this forum on unchanged hexagrams. Maybe there are some more experiences with 27 unchanged.

14.2 makes me think of entrepreneurship, don't know why ...
yes however it says "no blame". You asked for an effect, a result, which is, of course, a bit difficult. I'd take it here as a possibility to gain an income.

And another thing is yes, my last job was a co-founder at a startup, which I quit. I have even considered now changing it on my resume to just an employee or founding member? Since I don't have many yrs of experience, I apply to pretty much entry level jobs... But at 2 startups they've said I'm amazing and talented but not a fit. So these interpretations make me think, maybe I should just present myself as a subordinate worker (which is news to me, in the USA everyone is promoting themselves to the max)

And maybe you are right with presenting yourself just - modest. It really depends on the country you are at the moment, I suppose. There might even be a cultural difference! In 14.2, you are the wagon, the lorry - best to be quite stable and down to earth, I suppose.

27 means you'll remain hungry for a job if you quit searching.

Thanks marybluesky. This wagon really concerns me yes. My goal is to stay here. Maximum I'm ok moving cities. Another country is my home country where there is less opportunity...
