advice on selling home

Hello,

I have had my house on the market
to sell for a while now,
have had lots of positive comments
but no offers to buy yet.
I feel it is going know where.

so asked the I ching
What do I need to know about selling my house?
got 19 1,3,<46

Nearing: stay with what i'm doing now
and it will happen?
as it is not the time to change course in the marketing plan
but to wait for the right buyer who will come soon?

If anyone could help me with this I would be most greatful

Work with your real-estate agent (line 1) about making a sale. I can think of only three ways to hasten a sale: increase advertising, lower price, improve appearance of the property. Have you done everything reasonable to make it look like a comfortable home (line 3)? If you are reluctant to sell, it may show. The Image of 46 suggests that only small tweaks need to be made for the property to sell.

Yes, there are a few things I could do to make it
more presentable and will.
Yes, I do sometimes feel reluctant to sell as I
don't find the proceed enjoyable at all!
Want it sold now and don't want to know
or indulge in any social chit chat with real estate
agent along way, oops!
