aggressive coworker

HI!

We have a new coworker, which is acting very aggressive to everybody and working with him is quite painful.
I asked I ching two questions:
1. Why is TS acting so aggressive?
The answer: 34 - 1,4,5 --> changing to 48

2. How should I treat him so it's best for me?

The answer : 16 - 2,4 --> changing to 7

Can anybody help me with that?

He feels very confident about his abilities, and is trying to push his way to the top, he does not realize that he is creating enemies, he is mostly full of hot air but comes across as aggressive. Hex 48 says he wants to be the centre of attraction, the man who can do the job, he wants followers who will look to him as if he were really special.

The answer : 16 - 2,4 --> changing to 7

Basically try to take not too much notice of him, do your own thing and get your other coworkers to follow your example. Hex 7, when in direct contact with him take no abuse, rudeness etc from him, be firm with him at all times, tell him to chill out when he gets to be a bit too much.
