So, I ask your help for another employee...
I keep her just because I can't find a better one (already interviewed many others but nobody worthy). She is a person untrustworthy, not so capable, she has a bad character -rude- liar and I would really want to get rid of her. Moreover, she creates me problems with the other employees. My family advices me to be patient and keep her as soon as I haven't got any better option available.
Anyway...
- Should I get rid of her?
