Just when I thought events couldn’t take another turn!
My Superiot at work abused the heck out of me today not only in front of one of my peers but in front of a number of children in our care.
It was such a Shock but at least this time the ‘bullying’ was witnessed by many.
There is no way she won’t be reprimanded because it was a serious breach of the organisations Code of Conduct
What do I need to know about her employment status in relation to this incident Hex 62 unchanging
Does this mean she’ll be demoted or even lose her job?

I usually find 62. Attention to Detail is about going a bit further, so maybe in this case 62 is confirming that this time, yeah, she really did go passed the limit. However, because it is unchanging I don’t see the incident creating upset and triggering significant change. Or perhaps it means this time she did so clearly take things too far that there’s no need for debate, she’s simply out. Be sure to let us know!

I’ll definitely let you know... so many of you have been wonderfully supportive as I’ve worked my way through this situation and if any of you are like me on here I always want to know What happened next?!

Well she got a rap over the knuckles and I got reprimanded for apparently not doing my job properly and was given a choice Sign a letter extending my probation or termination which they will implement and pay me out. Guess what I decided??

You left. Geez, they sound like real idiots. 62 unchanged sure shows your unfair work conditions were unchanged. Really sorry.

Thank you
Idiots is an understatement.
I’m surprised I didn’t receive Hexagram 18 to be honest - the Corruption in the organisation is bursting at the seams.

Glad you got out of the snake pit! 62 can also mean passive aggressive. So I'm sure she did more underhanded stuff behind your back (since you, the victim of abuse here, also got reprimanded).

You got that right diamanda!!
The last meeting where it all came to an end was passive aggressive in itself. The letter they were trying to get me to sign was full of Attention to Detail (thanks Rosada) as was the incident report that I wasn’t asked to respond to - they knew exactly what they were doing and backed me into the proverbial corner.
Some of it’s illegal but to take it any further wouldn’t change anything and only cause angst for me.
I’m happy to be out, happy they’re paying me a few weeks pay 💰 that I don’t have to earn and happy that I maintain my integrity.
They on the other hand have to live with what’s in their own Hearts.
