Hi, Juliah:Wonderful
Once I got this line, the "flood of tears" moment stressed me out a little.
Moments fly past like birds. You will have to catch them right now, to enjoy something when it happens, to seize an opportunity, to realize a flash of insight. Life is full of those bright little birds.
If you can seize them and care for them, they may turn into big things, feeding your life and soul. The sum of all those small things will make your life to a bright and shining one.
The mind can discern and catch those moments. It filters out what is not relevant by letting it slip through the net. The Bright Birds are what is relevant and visible.

Sprouting like a river of tears.
...
I've got a weird one with this line.
My question was if my employers would terminate my contract before it ended.
The reason I asked was because things were not going well for the company and I was worried.
The answer says floods of tears, and lucky - and 13 speaks of meeting people out there.
I had no clue as to what it might mean, because ok I was worried, but for sure I wasn't crying over it!
In the end, one of the employers arranged a meeting with me.
I went to meet him on a day of torrential rain.
I actually had to walk in the rain from one company building to another.
The meeting went well (lucky) and my contract continued.
30.5 is "blessing in disguise" fraught with emotional tension ("floods of tears") due to frustration.
Better to see clearly through tears than be in head-dizzying smoke...It's like you cry and sun shines bright through the clouds...just some association...
I got this one today and the question was "where can i find my s pen?"In my experience, 30.5 means "first, transition from unawareness to understanding that the loss is irretrievable, then grieving".
