Any insight to Hex 36.2 change to Hex 11 related to love?

Hi all,

I asked "will I find a new love soon?" I received hex 36.2 to hex 11. Hexagram 36.2 is more like describing the difficult time I've been through since my breakup. I am not 100% sure though. Now the question is how to relate the answer to my question. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks

Hello, Star123... Just an idea here... This line seems to reflect to me a desire to move on even though you are emotionally wounded. So, the motivation is there, and the love is there, but I would read this line as more about joining others in injury vs romantic love. To me, it shows you are not bitter. Sharing your experience may be a good way to work through emotional suffering, but I don't know if that is the ideal way to start off a romance. Probably not. So, I think it says yes, you will meet someone, you aren't injured fatally... but it's more a protective/savior/fearful fleeing thing right now. You have to heal up first, and maybe sharing your experience with others is a good first step. At least, this is how I'd read this if it were my reading.

Your post interested me, but I have to admit, my forte is in helping couples enjoy a more passionate relationship, fixing problems, relating better, et cetera. Once a relationship is "over" I don't like getting involved, and Hex 36.2 says the relationship is fading...well, what is really fading is the interests of both parties to do something about it. So, interest is what's fading--interest, the spark, the passion. That always disappoints me because it means that if you choose to enter another relationship, you will most likely, indeed probably will, encounter the same problems you left this one over. C'est la vie.

Line 2: fading light increases...seeking aid from a strong leader will support your goals.

I definitely agree with dancing white ferret. Professionally speaking, it takes between one and two years to "get over" a relationship, but one never really does, and get ready to enter a new one without bringing old baggage. Seek a good therapist or group that can relate to the same issues.

Will you ever find love again. The Hex never really addressed that issue. It imply's peace and good fortune. but that could mean because you have decided to move on. In all honesty, there are many variables. But, I you'll know when you are ready. I wish you well. Good luck, and I hope you find love.

Thank you for both of your answers. It's been a long and slow healing process because it's been almost a year and I really want to a relationship because I feel lonely. Also I am in my late 20, I would like to get married and have kids one day, so I am worried... Looking back from the day he left me, not one step was easy. I was so close to give up my life because of the pain. And the breakup felt like a divorce because we were pretty much like a married couple.

Have you learned anything from this experience about turning handicaps into strengths?
(as in: what does not destroy me makes me stronger?). Maybe something as simple as knowing what you don't want, or having a better idea of who you are?

I think this was a story about an historical figure whose wound forced him to look around for another way and he found a solution that brought him out ahead of where he would have been without the injury.

I did some thinking after I read this. My conclusion is to turn negative impact of the breakup into something positive that will help me in my life, which I appreciate very much. However, I realize iching still didn't answer my question about finding love. I asked iching again about 'will I find a new boyfriend soon?', I got Hex36.4.5. I am pretty surprised. And to me, it basically didn't give me a real answer again.
