I think hexagram 37. Family unchanging mirrors your interest in him but as it is unchanging I don't see it describing him as having a particular interest in you. Perhaps it means he is comfortable with how things are and doesn't wish for them to change. Do you work with this man or are the two of you somehow both members of a group?
