Ever since Trump lost in the 2020 elections, my aunt is still drinking the kool-aid, as if she is worshiping him instead of God. I fear that she will not give up the cult worship.

Why is my aunt still drinking the kool-aid even after Trump lost in 2020? 58.4 Opening/The Joyous/Lake/Complacement/Marsh to 60 Measuring/Limitation/Regulating/Restraining.
58.4 speaks of self-satisfaction.
60 speaks of this joy will be short-lived.
It is saying that my aunt seeks personal satisfaction by drinking the kool-aid but will cause her to be upset in the long run?

What is the likelihood my aunt will give up worshipping Trump? 17.6 Following/According With to 25 Without Entanglement/Innocense/The Unexpected/Sincereity/Integrity.
17.6 speaks of her having this unwavering obsession.
25 speaks of her being wrong all this time.
Is it saying it's unlikely?

did someone mention kool-aid, man?

If you look at what is happening in 17.6,
you may consider it as saying,
"once this has happened'
Think about what it is saying.

When you say kool-aid, she is unwavering with her infatuation as she is part of a religious clique. When you say "once this has happened" is this a likely yes?

I think it is not only a likely yes,
but may describe what must happen before the majority of hypnotized people snap out of it.

So with the 58.4,
why does she still drink the kool-aid?

I think Anxiety is a huge part of 58.4, from my experience with the line.
Specifically, calming the anxiety in order to gain happiness.
So maybe the cult serves the same function as any addiction like cigarettes, it helps calm anxiety, it provides a sense of safety in community & numbers, safety of being told what to think in this big scary world, and maybe it felt good when a man stood up and yelled that he would fight for them.

58.4 - 60. Limited access to Open Discussion.

Perhaps she only listens to Fox News?

17.6 - 25 Innocently Following Without Question

Unless she herself starts to question her beliefs she is not likely to listen to anyone else.

Viewed neutrally, I think it is saying that she is still drinking the kool aid because she is afraid and unsure and doesn’t know what to think. 60 speaks of limitation but not necessarily a time limitation. She is limited in her perspective right now.

will she stop worshipping? She will basically remain loyal to her leader, but it doesn’t indicate whether or not she’ll forget about it over time...

'Negotiating opening, not yet at rest.
Containing the affliction brings rejoicing.'

...reminds me of a post I read from a cult member, addressing his fellow acolytes, explaining away everything that had happened so far as part of Trump's master plan (to drain the swamp, defeat the Deep State, etc). That Trump had said there would be a transition to a new administration, but what that really meant was a new administration of his own without Pence & co. And more along these lines. People in the comments were saying what a relief it was to read such insights - to have their faith reinforced, basically. Some had been getting anxious, but now they felt better.

Also of people who, when the aliens did not arrive to abduct them on schedule, found other explanations - that they'd been visited spiritually, or something, I forget what. Anything except saying, 'Oh, on second thoughts, maybe the aliens aren't real.' Basically, we humans like our beliefs and we're good at rationalising (/'negotiating' with reality) - and if anything, when evidence proves us wrong we're more likely to cling to our beliefs, not less.
