A few days ago, I became an uncle. I am a 22-year-old upper senior in college. My cousin and his wife had a child. I asked, "How will I feel 100 days after the birth of the child?" My answer is 3.5 to 24. Can this be that I will be jealous? Traditionally in a southern Chinese family, relatives meet the child a month after the birth. However, my uncle wanted the relatives to meet the child 100 days after the birth.

You will see ypurself in this child and perhaps understand some of its needs because of this recognition that the parents don't.

3.5 Describes situations where people share knowledge but even though they pool their resources not a whole lot is accomplished. So you are introduced to the baby but you don’t learn much about each other just from this first meeting. Perhaps this moment will 24. Return some of your own childhood memories or maybe you’ll arrange to Return to visit again and again and thus build a real relationship with your new cousin.
Congratulations!

My family and I will be seeing the child on April 27 in Flushing at a restaurant.

3.5 > 24 shows economising, not spending much so that you can have freedom of movement (24) later. Maybe you'll feel you need to save some money for a gift. Or maybe you'll feel somewhat reserved during the gathering. Congratulations on becoming an uncle, let us know how the meeting went.

I can see 3.5 as also meaning maybe the baby can only take so much attention and then needs to sleep, to 24. Return to his own little world. Get there early before the other guests wear him out!

Met the baby yesterday. The child wasn't crying. My cousin and his spouse have been walking around throughout the whole dinner meeting their friends.

So how do you interpret 3.5-24 now - how did you feel?

Rosada, turns out you were right. The baby cannot sleep because of the lights in the restaurants. While I was there, I sent some photos to a friend in China via WeChat. When we arrived, all the attention went to the child. The restaurant was overpriced according to Yelp.
