It's likely Biden will be a Democrat nominee now that Sanders dropped. Some say it will lead to Trump getting another term, however, others say COVID will be Trump's downfall.

How will Biden do in 2020? 57 unchanging.
Because the primary meaning of this hex is submission, and of following orders, it does not sound to me like he will win the election. He may not even be nominated.

What will Biden need to do to win? 19.1.2.6>23 Nearing to Stripping Away.
23 - the context is stripping away. Nowhere to go, no destination. No advantage moving in any direction.
Again, because of this context I don't think he will even be nominated.
19.1 and 19.2 campaign together, with sensitivity and friendliness.
19.6 is friendly and benevolent, and works with lines 1 and 2.
But because the context is hex 23 "Stripping away" / "Removal" again I wonder if Biden will even be nominated.
One could argue that 23 "Removal" is about "removing" Trump, but the text is about there being no benefit to campaigning. So it sounds to me like Democrats will eventually nominate someone else.
