I asked what the liklihood was that I would be blackmailed. It seems quite positive that I will?

Are you thinking as in someone returning (24) to take your wealth (14)? Except that 24 is more about a restorative return with the one yang line coming in below all the yin lines, "the return of health after illness, the return of understanding after an estrangement" (W/B). I'd be more inclined to read it as the opposite.
