Bringing my 12 Step charity yoga class to this studio? 46.3

What's the potential of them allowing me to use their space for my 12 step yoga charity class?

I'm pretty disheartened as from I understand this is not good...but in retrospect I only got this hexagram before in romantic situations that were doomed of uninterest from the other party. Is it the same applied with business/charity work?

I am willing in giving them 1/3 of the proceeds plus free promotion...

Hi Gaia99. I think it might be a good line regarding if "they" allow you to use it. This empty city refers to an army (hex 07) advancing towards it, so if there are no people it means there is no resistance. Only thing is you have to do it right away, it requires fast action like an army. Anyhow, good luck with that, hopefully you get to do it.
