Business Casting 63.6 > 37

I have made a slip up with late payments on a contract -
which I said I was coming out of a few weeks ago as I
have found the terms of the contract too much to my
detriment - (namely I am making little profit)

I asked Yi how to handle the conflict that has arisen response
was 63.6 > 37

I saw line 6 as referring to the slip that has caused the imbalance
and 37 to draw those involved together on it. I read all interpretations
on line 6 and liked LiSe as usual -

As I could not see a remedy to the problem in the casting I asked Yi
How to come out on top in this matter? and received 43 uc

I protested heatedly on the phone today but I had hoped to be business
like - as usual it degenerated into a browbeating session.

I think 43 is telling me to speak my truth but with caution - thanks:bows:

I agree that the I Ching's saying hold/draw together with those involved in this imbalance, that's its foremost advice imo. The rest of what I think it's saying might not pertain to your situation, or only partially pertain, but it's what I think the I Ching's advising. Did you lose any members of this group lately? Due to downsizing, firings, quitting, etc? It looks to me like someone with good ideas left the group, and the best course of action would be to take the advice they imparted, even if it hurts your ego to admit they were right.

I'm interested to see if this applies to your situation.

Also, I think you're right about 43, but the main thing about 43 is resoluteness, i.e. "never giving up". Pretty obvious advice, but still very important.
