Buying a condo: Hex. 37 unchanging

Hello to all, great to be here again!

I am serious thinking about buying my dream condominium. I asked "What about buying that condo?" and received hex. 37 unchanging (the family). I have read on a few posts that this can also mean "be at home" or "stay at home" or something to do with home.

The only circumstance that could be causing me problems is my financial (credit) past (lost my job and it took 1.5 years to find another... meanwhile, living penny to penny not being able to pay my debts on time). I had to file for bankruptcy 3 years ago because of this.

Could any good fellow help me interpret this? This is surely appreciated.

Someone here posted that when there are no change lines it means the situation is unchanging. If that's true then I think the I Ching is simply saying that the condo is indeed a nice condo, that buying it is a nice idea. Now maybe you should go a little further (37. The perseverance of the woman furthers!) and ask how to go about doing it.
