Yesterday, classes were canceled in the new building at the corner of 24st and Lexington in Manhattan due to a flood. Today, the atrium elevators were offline for repairs and the office elevators stop at floors 6-14 and one only operates down. It's likely from a pipe leakage.

How will the flood affect the students and staff in the new building? 33.3.5.6 Retreat to 16 Enthusiasm.
Line 3 says, "Tied retreat. There is affliction, danger. Nurturing servants and handmaidens, good fortune." Are there difficulties to get to classes?
Line 5 says, "Praiseworthy retreat. Constancy, good fortune." Will people stop caring about it?
Line 6 says, "Rich retreat. Nothing that does not bear fruit." Will it take time to be fixed?
Is the Yi telling me that people will back off of the situation and think of it as something needs to be done?

How long will it need for the elevators to be up again? 55.1 Abundance to 62 Small Exceeding. I know that Yi does not give durations.
Line 1 says, "
Meeting your partner and lord, Though for ten days, no mistake. Going on brings honor. Does this mean it will take at least a week?
Is the Yi telling me that there are alternatives before some of the elevators will be back up?

Edit: Most of the elevators are able to be back up yesterday afternoon. The school was granted emergency contractors from CUNY to get the elevators back up by Monday.
