Can I Ching help me pick a car?

I am looking for a new car and have narrowed my choice down to 4. So, I asked Yi which one I should choose.

Choice 1 - 14.1.2 to 56

Choice 2 - 21.3.6 to 55

Choice 3 - 11.3 to 19

Choice 4 - 6.3.6 to 28

From that it seems that choice 3 is the better one, although choice 1 does not seem altogether bad either. Both 2 and 4 seem to indicate difficulties. Interesting that choice 4 is the one I most wanted, but it is the most expensive and I was not sure I could get the deal I wanted. The reading would seem to indicate I was right. Any other insights???

14.1.2 looks so much to be the best in my opinion....a "great chariot" and 56 is a natural for this reading...traveling in style.

JMH, but for me this would be one of those readings where the actual text wording blurs into the background and just the essence is the thing to consider.

choice 3 not so bad either, but i dont esp like line 3 (if I was going to consider text!) sounds like a bumpy ride

yes the i ching can definitely help you buy a car, i used it the last time i bought one, the i ching guided me into changing the whole way that i approached buying a car and the way that i financed it as well and it all worked out really well, thank god, i am not a car person and i needed the help, i have to agree with micheline, car 1, the fact that hex 19 is the mediating hex between 14 and 56 swings it for me, the overall context of 14 and 56 as micheline points are so relevant and also the text of 14.2 and 56.2, the traveller acquires a trusty servant, yep, i would go with no. 1,

Thanks for the help, and I see your point. 11 and 19 seem good, but I took another look at line 3, not lamenting over difficulties that are natural to arise. The lines in 14 do seem a bit more positive, now that I look at it again. We will see how it goes.

This the 1st impression i got when you get 6 for this option. This is always the way Yi reminds me, if my preference rating runs high. Good tip.
