If anyone recalls my question about moving to the lake house, which generated a long discussion, this is the house we’re leaving. It has been for sale for 2 months with no offers. Any thoughts ?

Do you mean the lake house is the one you are selling / leaving or is it the house you were in before acquiring the lake house that you want to sell?
I wonder if the 36.6>22 response you got when asking about purchasing the lake house could be interpreted to be saying something about bringing the price down? Like to achieve you dream (22) the price must fall, 36.6.

Thanks for the response. I am selling a large B & B we live in and run. We’re buying a small house on a big lake that meeds a lot of work.
