I am getting a reading that it's unlikely that I will be accepted into the JET teaching program and that I wouldn't be bothered much. However, I took foreign language classes that I cared about.

What should I do to pursue my music career? 12.1.6 Blocked to 17 Following

12.1 - This says determination and perseverance in pulling on your specific kind of grass roots connections will bring you success. Means your fanbase is important and finding mentors too I think.
12.6 - This line is about when you overcome standstill and stagnation, leading to joy. For a while anyway. The advice in the Wing is "A strong and continuing sense of purpose is necessary to achieve and maintain the greatest possible heights of success."

17 Following - The context of the casting here, is actually about acquiring a following! Perhaps a good description of a career in music.
