Career Change

I've been stagnant for four years now. I'm stuck doing a job that I don't enjoy and I don't know what I should pursue next in my life. I am getting older and I don't want to waste time pursuing something which turns out to not be worthwhile.
I asked 'Should I change my career from Business Administration?'

I think it's saying that the time has come back (returned) for me to better myself however I need to restrain myself (Chen doubled- strength and movement) or else I will encounter difficulties (39- nuclear of 51).
Or
My feelings of wanting to arouse movement (51) to change career due to stagnancy has returned (24).

I'm still learning and trying to interpret the hexagrams. What are your thoughts?

Hi ! happy new year. I think 24 is a double side hex. On one hand it could mean: yes, change it, come back to your desires. On the other, it could be saying, you should think about it twice. From the line, its clear you don't even have a super top idea of your colleagues. Expcept for one: maybe your superior? Or youself?

If you decide to change, you'll be probably alone in this, I mean, maybe, no one would support this change. But it seems to be the right think to do towards a new exciting experience (51).

Happy New Year! Thank you for the insight. I didn't look at 24 as having a double meaning. I'll have to ponder and meditate upon the answer some more.
