This position will be demanding, maybe taking almost all your time.
Line 3 says you need to tie all the loose ends first.
Line 6 says yes, be a manager but it won't be an easy job.
Wilhelm, 6: With true confidence one drinks wine. No error. If, however, one gets one's head wet, then one really loses it.
I.e. don't overestimate yourself.

Internal is 63.2.4 → 43 (Resoluteness)
Daniels:
2. You must not become distracted from your aim.
4. Be constantly on the look-out for trouble.

I think that also suggests that you finish all the unfinished business first.

What does my new boss think of me? 14.4.5(Great possession) → 9(Small increments)
Daniels:
4. Avoid self-promotion and get on with the job.
5. Make sure you earn the respect of others.

Pretty much, yes.

She thinks you have potential, but you must prove it, and earn respect.
She will try to test you to see what you are made of.(Internal hexes 43 Resoluteness and 38 Opposition).
