Choices- what does the oracle advise?

Overseas schools - 39.2.6>57

Does the answers indicate difficulty for application to overseas schools? The oracle seems to endorse local schools, does anyone have any input?

I also asked if a scholarship is feasible - 56.

Overseas schools - 39.2.6>57 Too many problems to even think about.

I also asked if a scholarship is feasible - 56. No. The traveller is only passing through, so with only a few acquaintances of no importance the chances are so slim to be absent.

Spica please allow me to take the opportunity here to ask Willowfox regarding 56 and this same issue of moving overseas. I asked the Yi "Am i move overseas one day"? Replies were 56.2 ==> 50. I took it as a NO, i.e., "stick to smaller issues". What is your opinion?

My opinion and answer is that yes indeed, oneday you will travel somewhere very different.

This reading was a long time ago and I had a different analysing perspective at that time. And I did not reanalyze it before mentioning it here.
Now I have a different opinion and agree with you
