Choosing staff

Hi I have a job with too many responsibilities - I now need to hire some staff for another area. I will have no time to monitor them and need them to be organised and timely, as well as friendly and warm personality wise. I need to choose between A and B. And choose between C, D and E. I asked iching 'show me this person in the job'. My feelings on meeting them were A and E. Any thoughts appreciated!

Person A 19.1 to 7 nearing to the army
Person B 58.2.3.4 to 63 opening to Already across

Person C 27.2 to 41 nourishment to decreasing
Person D 8.4.5 to 16 seeking union to enthusiasm
Person E 15.3 to 2 integrity to earth

I think your choices, A and E, are sound.

I was hesitating between D and E, but I think E is better, overall.

Thankyou ginnie. Yes D was really great, lively, bouncy..would definitely deliver the energy I want. Couldn't fault him, but young, so possible reliability issue.. When I met him I thought yes definitely.

E was a bit too serious, but possibly nervous? Clearly very conscientious. Only reservation was that he might be a bit too serious.

Yes, D is enthusiastic but maybe thinks of himself as the leader, not a member of a team. He has 8.5 as a moving line and that is the line of a good leader.

I can see how E can give the impression of working too hard, being too serious. But overall, what better combination than someone who is both hardworking and humble?

Hi Ginnie, Just to follow up on this. I was really happy with the choice here (E) both a very good person, but also someone for whom the less than perfect role suited due to their schedule.
