Chronic head pain. Can you help me with this changing line? 62.3 - 16

I asked how to get rid of the head pain I have had in my head for years. Actually I never asked about it before. The answer is about taking small steps, which I am actually doing, but the changing line caught my attention:

Line 3

'Not going past, he defends himself.
Someone following may strike him down. Pitfall.'

Most of the answer seems in accordance with my current state of affairs regarding the pain. The questions about enthusiasm and in what ways I can constructively use it are great for me to dwell on.
Just that line is above my comprehension.

62.3 > 16

Not crossing protects him.
Too easy-going perhaps will kill him.
Misfortune.

Is this related to communication via telephone? Just a guess, to explain the meaning of this combination. Even if you're extremely careful so as to protect yourself (for example by speaking on the phone via headphones) then you'll have some protection.

But even so, you'll become lax at sometimes, in which case the 'enemy' will hit you in the back, unexpected.

So, example apart, someone or something in your life are creating this. 16 means that there's deceit here, or self-delusion, or you're just listening to some music.

Your health issues are being created by something external to you, they come from the outside.

Hello,
Hypothesis for your 62.3 - 16 : could be a warning about something - bad habit, defect, food, medication ?- or someone, stress ?, who may seem innocuous, but who can cause you harm... until the head pain ?
On the other hand, I know that in Chinese medicine, acupuncture works well on headaches and migraines...

I second that - Acupuncture is amazing for Headache and migraines because it gets to the cause, usually one or two organs that are being drained of their function......hope you work it out!!

Hex 62 is a time where smallness is the order of the day, and life circumstances are renegotiated with great care and attention to detail.

Wilhelm's translation seems to sum up clearly what 62.3 is about
If one is not extremely careful,
Somebody may come up from behind and strike him.
Misfortune.

Here with the links to 16 that covers themes of providing for and planning ahead there is perhaps a call for you to take the situation seriously. Enthusiasm relates to real joy and the delight comes from making appropriate preparations. The fan yao of 62.3 at 16.3 indicates starry eyed enthusiasm or a hesitant, skeptal approach only leads to sorrow.

How to get rid of the head pain I have had in my head for years?

To get rid of the head pain you need to adopt a serious approach to the situation. Renegotiate within yourself how you see the situation around these pains. Focus on the detail and be curious about reasons that have caused you to put up with it for all these years. Look carefully at it from all sides and plan how you may need to adapt to avoid being hit by something unexpected.

....or it may mean nothing like this for you.

Good Luck

This is extremely useful to me in this moment. All the thread is, as it's very closely related to my cast and question, but this answer Diamond, is what is shedding real light... THANK YOU, your interpretations are priceless to me.

Could it be structural, like coming from your neck or upper back? Tension-related things coming “from behind” might refer to the back of your body, so perhaps massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, something that can help structurally. So many meridians run through the neck that tension or pain can end up causing other issues, or vice versa. I also thought perhaps looking into the back of the head in terms of which organs are represented there in acupressure, or what other things might be associated. Fight or flight, too, is associated with that area. So, could be fear? Stress? Needing to be on guard? While something from behind could strike you, this is a pain your already have. So perhaps it’s the defensive pattern you have to be in itself? The last thing I thought of what a past injury (“strike”) that might have caused challenges and going back to the root could help. Obviously that could relate to back of head, neck, upper body too. Have you ever had whiplash or been read-ended? Coming-up-from-behind things of that sort.

This is just mindblowing. I hadn't read this the other day when I read this thread. Redoleander I think you are spot on with your answer.I have cast 62.3 to 16 and it's DEFINITELY related to my back and neck.
I don't want to divert attention from this thread, but Fabimdp, I have just posted something very similar to your question and had the same cast, in case you can find anything that helps you it's here:
