Tonight I was texting my ex and it was quite strange because I suddenly was overcome by fear. Basically he told me he could not have a chat with me tonight because he was going out with some friends to drink :/
After all we have been through I'm really really trying to understand the reason for my fears and grow from them. Because it has caused me problems in the past, I am challenging myself to really introspect with my thoughts and feelings and really question why. I consider myself good at analyzing and finding solutions with an intrapersonal perspective, I am a shy but outgoing introvert with extrovert tendancies lol so to get to the point I do alot of thinking.
So tonight when he told me that I freaked out a little, not only because his drinking has caused is problems in the past and perhaps left little traces of hurt but come to think of it I have always had a problem with a bf of mine drinking. I get anxious. Thinking about it hard tonight and tossing my fear around on my head I came to determine the root of my fear is stemmed from childhood neglect and feeling of emotional abandonment due to my father drinking. So upon realizing this, I have began to question how I can resolve this past deep issue stemming from my childhood.
How do I deal with these feelings of neglect and abandonment?

Is that truely why I feel anxious and sad, almost bi polar when something like this happens?
Also this holding off of a convo is due to my recent post on valentines day. But since that's a whole other story I will leave that to another day

Hey meganj, I would say that the reading suggests Hex 50 a transformation is taking place and with the Lines in Hex 30 Clarity, not to be too hard on yourself and take your time - now that you have gained some sort of clarity keep moving with it.

I think that Liss has already explained that reading very well!
To add to that, 30 means clarity and insight - so it tells me you are already, deep down aware of what is causing the fear and abandonment issues - you have thrown light on them 30 I also find a recommendation to not force the issue, even though its been illuminated (as mos of us know, knowing a problem and solving it are two quite different things..) This would be confirmed by what Liss said - don't be too hard on yourself,don't expect too much too soon from you. Don't worry about not having enough time - it is what it is and putting yourself under time pressure will have no good result. You don't nee to hurry anways, as the changing Hex is 50, a transformation and a new beginning, so you're already on your way.

Hey people! Boy am I glad to read these replies, very grateful for all your insights.
I have been learning to deal with my fear a little more successfully, I try not to think so much. But I am still yet to be tested how well I will deal with it in the future because I'm sure he will find other opportunities to go out, I'm learning to just "trust" and not doubt that is a huge thing for me that I have alot of trouble with. Upon lots of self reflection this past month I've realized not only do I have emotional abandonment issues stemmed from my dad drinking but I also have a bit of a trust issue. So now that I've fully recognized that I need to deal with that ugly little monster.
And I am sorry I had not seen this sooner, I just finished my midterms last week so I've been studying alot.

And thanks Charly and Trojan for catching that, I think the resulting hexagram may have been wrong :/ I'm not too sure now though that was a couple of weeks ago.
