I live in New York. Currently, New York is in shutdown mode. Gov Cuomo is handling the COVID-19 situation well.

What is Gov. Cuomo's current position? 1.3.4.5.6 Creative Force to 19 Nearing (Approach).

Hex 19=Cuomo is being helpful.

How will New York come out after the crisis ends? 29.6 Repeating Chasms (The Abyssmal, Water) to 59 Dispersing (Dissolution).

What is Cumo's current position?
1.3 He's working on the problem night and day.
1.4 No one really knows what will work but he’s on the frontlines trying.
1.5 Aligning his efforts with health advisers, other governors.
1.6 But he knows he must be careful not to promise results and never to upstage Trump.

How will New York come out of this?
29.6 Certainly sounds like a reference to the health protocols - maybe strongly enforced and does the "3 years" mean the curfew in place for an expended period?
59. Dispersion sounds like a reference to the virus eventually dispersing.
Together it reads to me as if the I Ching is saying you can know how NY will fare by simply looking at the realities - ie. the city is going to be on lock down for an extended period of time so given that reality what do you think the outcome is going to be? Not rocket science - the result is going to shake up everything, but maybe clear the decks for a return of spiritual values. Building "temples" - hospitals? Soup kitchens?

When will New York end its shutdown?
I see 47. as referring to the current shutdown and 58.1 as indicating a very cautious attitude towards re-opening. Health expert advise 8 - 12 weeks, so even if it's "sooner" I think it's at least 8 weeks.

Rosada, shortly after posting this, the closest hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, has reported 13 deaths in a 24-hour period. A nurse said on Democracy Now that the worst will come in next week.
