Democrats Reclaiming House and Continuing Shutdown

Today, Democrats reclaim House with newly-elected Democrats, some progressives. This year is the start of matriarchy. I feel that Trump is falling apart. I have been wondering, "How will the shutdown end?" My response is 21.4.6 to 24. I think 21.4 meant that there will be a solution at the end. 21.6 meant that Trump's attacks on the Dems are relentless. Hex 24 meant that after the shutdown, everything becomes normal, where the employees get pay.

The cost of the wall will be $4 billion - lie. Mexico will pay for it- lie.) and these false arguments must be brought out and dispelled before the wound can heal.

I am baffled. Why do you think this year is the start of matriarchy ? You think it is the start of matriarchy because a psychic got tarot card 3 ? No hang on you think it's the start of matriarchy because of her numerology that is connected to her tarot ?

I don't know. Rosada, your interpretation makes great sense (unfortunately for real life) except that the question was how will it end. But I can't think how the reading describes an ending.

24's Image talks about everything - er - shutting down. Usually we interpret that as positive advice, but probably not this time.

21's Oracle says, "Fruitful to use legal proceedings" - brief Googling turned up no indication the courts can/will intervene.

That says prior shutdowns have extended well into January, and does not mention the courts:

Someone has to blink, or the two sides have to compromise. But it's rarely a compromise that ends a shutdown.

24's Image literally says "The ancient kings closed the borders" Could be a reference to the border wall, or could it mean travel will be impinged if relevant agencies run out of money? If people and goods can't get in and out, there will be screaming undoubtedly. But I don't know how much of that is federal.

When the pain becomes too great to bear for one side or the other, someone will capitulate, I suppose, but does the reading say what form that will take?

Also Hilary says in the Sequence course that when the hexagrams are near each other like this, the missing one or two are important - in this case maybe people posturing and protecting their image (22 - "face-saving sop" from the quote?), and then painful flaying (23), and then renewal?

24 Return means the shutdown ending, This is the context.
21 means the law, but also arguably the Constitution. And here we have a Constitutional issue, a political disagreement between branches of government. So how will it end?
21.4 It will end when they find a golden arrow (a reward or benefit) in dried meat (old issues.) When both sides are able to work out a deal that benefits them.
21.6 It will end with some people still unable to listen to anyone else.

Lately, there are some Senate Republicans rebelling McConnell, possibly forcing him to reopen government while negotiating the border wall. I wondered, "How will the Senate Republicans reopen government?" I got 34.1.6 to 50. I think changing line 6 meant there will be disagreements. Line 1 meant that in the end an agreement is made, likely a compromise.
