Dear reader,
Because i had to find a new dentist i haven't been to one in quite a while. Now that i found one and made an appointment, my question for the I Ching was: Dear I Ching, how do you view the amount of work that is needed on my teeth. ( I am not the greatest hero when it comes to dental work) The answer i got was hexagram 27, no changing lines.
27 seems perfectly applicable for this situation:rofl: but i can't quite figure out whether it is a good or a bad sign for the amount of dental work.
What do you think ? Thanks !

Hey Robbiesan!

Ha! :) I love yi's sense of humour sometimes, 27! what a perfect hex to receive about dental work!

I would suggest that theres some problems with what your eating which is causing you some problems with your teeth, either the food your taking in through your mouth or the lack of the right nourishment for your teeth. Possibly a vitamin deficiency, or quite simply, change your toothpaste.

Nuclear hex is 2, which is all about providing the right environment or factors for growth, or in your case the health of your teeth.

Do you eat alot of sugary foods? or crisps, carbs? apparently crisps (chips if your US) are many times worse then acid/sugar (fruit drinks, coca cola) for our teeth. Just a thought!

Hope your dentist appointment isnt too stressful!

Bests,

Yx

Hi Yxeli.

Thanks for your reply ! I think you are quite right, although i dont smoke or drink sugary beverages,i like chocolate and sweets a lot. In the past there was always something to do for my dentist. So hex 27 would mean that - as you say about hex.2 - "providing the right environment" for the health of my teeth is necessary. I dont know if i can stop eating sweet things, but i sure must not 'forget the dentists chair' as my environment. And i will ask her about the right toothpaste :) Thanks again!
