Hi Everyone,Still processing a breakup that I initiated (again - 2nd time around, again) for complex reasons; or as simple as inability to communicate with Nx. So today I asked:

Why do I still get upset by Nx situation {when I was the one who broke up with him?}So, a white horse on wings = not a robber but he will woo at right time? Is Yi telling me that he is prince charming and didn't realize it because our lack of communication was causing misunderstandings/misconceptions.

I love this line and sounds like fate, but I'd love to hear your learned interpretations. There's Chinese myth and symbolism here that I don't understand. Your help would be greatly appreciated, please and thank you!

You still get upset because he initially appeared like prince charming, but all he ended up doing was just being a self-centered (30) such-and-such.

Thanks, Diamanda. That was one of the two interpretations I came up with too for hexagram 22.4. But I also thought Yi was maybe saying that he isn't a robber like I thought and maybe it was too soon to call it quits (30.4). That's why it hurts. Both scenarios hurt. It sucks falling for potential and the relationship not going where you thought it would. Beautiful line in the IC though. Anyways, I read a lengthy and informative thread about this line on here and someone wrote that the winged horse is a connection that will transcend time. Good consolation prize, I guess. It's enough for me.

Generally speaking the white horse is auspicious and in the end it works out well. I have always found what is symbolized by the white horse to be very reliable and steady. Of course, communication problems can get in the way, and that would take some time to work through. I wouldn't give up too soon, because this can definitely signify a good, lasting partnership.

Thanks for your input, Ginnie! Just don't want to put the cart before the white horse...we'd both have to work hard to truly commit and not withdraw from each other. So I just asked What's next for me & Nx? and cast hexagram 3.2 to 60. Again, "not a robbery but a wooing" but it will take 10 years!? That's a lot of difficulty to work through over a long period of time.

You asked so many questions about you and NX on the other thread then this one it can get to the point where none of them really mean anything at all because they cancel each other out.

If you want to get back with him talk to him.

You're right, Trojina. I do need to chill and just trust the process at this point. I've been going through a lot of changes over these past 2 years and trying to roll with the punches the best I can. Yi has provided great guidance and I shouldn't take advantage.

The time isn't right yet for me to reach out. I'll know it when I feel it, but I need to focus in other areas of my life first. Like selling my house - goes on the market today. Wish me luck!

I don't think you are taking advantage I just doubt more questions are helping you much at this point

However go ahead posting, I didn't want to stop you, just maybe slow you down a bit ;)
