On the whole I don't think people are too keen on large chunks of quoted text. It's far more helpful to have the story in a person's own words with their own ideas about the cast. In other words we have to sort of meet you to connect properly with the answer. Can't meet you if you there is just a chunk of quote there.

The cast looks as if you are taking things very heavy and slow where you could actually release all these negative feelings far more quickly. (change patterns 40 and 37). But I don't know if that would apply to you being more easily able than you think to leave the marriage or more easily able to resolve issues within the marriage ?
