Greetings
I'am looking for a new job,and I asked the Yi about my prospects..I received hexagram 61 line 5.

Once again I'am confused :\

Anyone see anything pertaining to future employment in this reading?

Lynx,

LiSe's reading of 41 says, inter alia, "Dare to be your naked self". Do you have talents or interests that you have neglected? Perhaps something you've not thought worthy of pursuit?

...just a thought...

Hi Rinda

That's interesting.

There "are" a lot of things that I have wanted to pursue but didn't..and now I feel that I'm too old to bother :\

Maybe,I should reconsider?

It might be fun!

Why not make a list, whittle it down to two or three options that look promising, and then consult Yi about each with some specific questions?

Lynx,

As an extension of Rinda's (and LiSe's) thought, decreasing doesn't necessarily mean becoming less. It is more like a refinement of something in us. Just by virtue of our need itself, we are confronted with the need for that need, and whether it's really needed.

Employment questions can be one of the most complex to deal with because so often the time requires some inner adjustments. So we ask about the job but our answers speak more to this inner change which must happen first. Then of course there is a matter of our need for a job synching up with the employer's need for us. Meanwhile there?s work to be done inside.

I think this may be what 61 is preparing you for. Especially line 5 - truth which links together.

I guess I'll work with the Yi concerning other options available to me, and try to work on the inner changes (whatever they may be)that need to be dealt with.

Hopefully,that will help.
