does 53UC tells one to be patient?

since I had received a possibility a friend of mine could come to her own accord if I approached her I tried that. sent some email days ago. and i asked a week or so? since it asked to use small increment but perserverance I assume it had to be similar time frame.. 1 week more or less, I asked should I send the email on sunday? (I ASSUME that IChing understood this sunday.maybe it meant the next sunday) told me 53UC which seemed likea yes. gradual development, but then I asked if she would talk to me again if I send the email. 63.2.4 means she would do it. but then I mean i asked then what do I need to talk me normally again?64.2.3.4 waiting ok but then... today I received just to be sure if what I had to email her was ok with the answer that gave 1 week ago. and told me it would need to send at a certain time or it wouldnt have the effect desired, so I casted to see if at a certain hour was ok at first i asked afternoon then morning, but it told me 1.4 for the morning and 13.2 for the aftternoon, the first seemed possitive but it told me to wait, then 13.2 doesnt seems quite possitive but i asked again 24.2 > 19 if I return to her she would approach? so i asked certian hour and one gave me 63.2.3, how come it tells me to wait if it told me a week ago to do it this sunday? I dont remember if I said this Sunday i remember I said sunday...
