Hi all, hope you're doing well.
So here I am, 27 yo and graduated with a master's degree in July. After 8 years of university I'm back at my parent's home and looking for a place to move, so I'm searching for a work. While completing my studies I've been working for 2 years for a company in a niche I had a strong interest at first (cryptocurrencies). Curious thing is this job just came to me, it was the right thing at the right moment for me. After time I lost interest for that job, as well as the dynamics of this kind of job (environment, colleagues), they just didn't resonate with me. It was sterile at some point, I wasn't growing up.
Now I'm realizing that this world wasn't just suited for me, and since I was 16 I have the passion for books, movies, art and culture world in general. Despite this I never actively worked on that field, so at the moment I've no contacts and no network.
Coming back at my parent's home after 8 years of university in a big city is starting to suffocate me, and my last months weren't really bright. So I decided to update my curriculum with the plan to send it to some cultural foundations, looking for some internship offers.
These days I decided to consult I ching, and here's where the things started to getting weird and demotivating..

My first question was: "Is the right thing to do for me to send my curriculum at cultural foundations?" Getting 8.2.3.6 > 57
Last line in particular hit me.
Six at the top means:

He finds no head for holding together.
Misfortune.

The head is the beginning. If the beginning is not right, there is no hope of a right ending. If we have missed the right moment for union and go on hesitating to give complete and full devotion, we shall regret the error when it is too late.

I think IC is talking about my doubts at the moment. Should I go straight with my decision or rethink about it? Is now too late to have this kind of thoughts?

After this I asked: "What should I do to find the job suited for me?" 16.2.6 > 64
This answer completely floored me. It says I can inspire other, and I've the strenght/knowledge to do it, things which I don't know if I really have. I don't know if I have this to create a new wave, something of my own.

Six in the second place means:

Firm as a rock. Not a whole day.
Perseverance brings good fortune.

This describes a person who does not allow himself to be misled by any illusions. While others are letting themselves be dazzled by enthusiasm, he recognizes with perfect clarity the first signs of the time. Thus he neither flatters those above nor neglects those beneath him; he is as firm as a rock. When the first sign of discord appears, he knows the right moment for withdrawing and does not delay even for a day. Perseverance in such conduct will bring good fortune. Confucius says about this line:

To know the seeds, that is divine indeed. In his association with those above him, the superior man does not flatter. In his association with those beneath him, he is not arrogant. For he knows the seeds. The seeds are the first imperceptible beginning of movement, the first trace of good fortune (or misfortune) that shows itself. The superior man perceives the seeds and immediately takes actin. He does not wait even a whole day. In the Book of Changes it is said: "Firm as a rock. Not a whole day. Perseverance brings good fortune."

Firm as a rock, what need of a whole day?

Am I really the person I ching is pointing me to in this answer? Do I have the right wisdow? I'm not sure.
So the next question was: "In this moment should I create something new or join to an existing situation?"
10.1.6 > 47

Nine at the beginning means:
Simple conduct. Progress without blame.

The situation is one in which we are still not bound by any obligations of social intercourse. If our conduct is simple, we remain free of them We can quietly follow our predilections as long as we are content and make not demands on people. The meaning of the hexagram is not standstill but progress. A man finds himself in an altogether inferior position at the start. However, he has the inner strength that guarantees progress. If he can be content with simplicity, he can make progress without blame. When a man is dissatisfied with modest circumstances, he is restless and ambitious and tries to advance, not for the sake of accomplishing anything worth while, but merely in order to escape from lowliness and poverty by dint of his conduct. Once his purpose is achieved, he is certain to become arrogant and luxury-loving. Therefore blame attaches to his progress. On the other hand, a man who is good at his work is content to behave simply. He wishes to make progress in order to accomplish something. When he attains his goal, he does something worth while, an all is well.

Nine at the top means:
Look to your conduct and weigh the favorable signs.
When everything is fulfilled, supreme good fortune comes.

The work is ended. If we want to know whether good fortune will follow, we must look back upon our conduct and its consequences. If the effects are good, then good fortune is certain. No one knows himself. It is only by the consequences of his actions, by the fruit of his labors, that a man can judge what he is to expect.
I don't feel at all as my work is ended. On the contrary I feel it just started..

So is my attempt for this kind of job just an illusion? Should I just get back on my foot?
My next question was: "Should I find a job inthe culture field?" 39.3 > 8 (again this hex)

Nine in the third place means:
Going leads to obstructions;
Hence he comes back.

While the preceding line shows the official compelled by duty to follow the way of danger, this line shows the man who must act as father of a family or as head of his kin. If he were to plunge recklessly in to danger, it would be a useless act, because those entrusted to his care cannot get along by themselves. But if he withdraws and turns back to his own, they welcome him with great joy.

I've no clue why here and in hex 16 he's talking about inspiration, being a leader for my kin. I don't feel as I'm at the lead of anything at the moment. This continue to bring me confusion. It's clear to me that based on IC reading this may be not my path.

So I think here there's something I'm not clearly seeing in my situation. So finally I asked: "What should I focus on in this moment to move on with my life?" 30.3 > 21

Nine in the third place means:

In the light of the setting sun,
Men either beat the pot and sing
Or loudly bewail the approach of old age.
Misfortune.

Here the end of the day has come. The light of the setting sun calls to mind the fact that life is transitory and conditional. Caught in this external bondage, men are usually robbed of their inner freedom as well. The sense of the transitoriness of life impels them to uninhibited revelry in order to enjoy life while it lasts, or else they yield to melancholy and spoil the precious time by lamenting the approach of old age. Both attitudes are wrong. To the superior man it makes no difference whether death comes early or late. He cultivates himself, awaits his allotted time, and in this way secures his fate.
Here again it talks about an ending point, which I feel I'm not really into at the moment. These readings gave me more questions than answer, and I feel there's something here which I can't see properly. As external obserbers what do you see in this situation? What do you think I should do?
I need to get at the bottom of this but despite my efforts I can't. So now I don't really know what to do, and any insight would be really really appreciated.

Bless you all

I think 8.6 means that you should seek union with a head só with knowing what you want and where to ask perhaps? Meaning not just send cv everywhere but selecting?

Is the third question pretty much similar to the first one, asking about working with culture?

30.3 I see it as do something or you will regret not doing it.

So I would send cv to selected places you would like to work in and see what happens.

8 - 57. Seeking Union - Dispersion. Sounds like "seeking a job by sending out your resume." Doesn't seem to say there is anything wrong with that although the 8.6 doesn't look promising for the results. Still you weren't asking about the results. Maybe just a caution to be sure your inquiry reaches the right person.

16.2.6 - 64 Enthusiasm - Before Completion. Follow your bliss. You wont know what's going to happen till you try.

10.1.6 - 47. While we are all essentially on our own, trying to go out on one's own with out any back up structure can be a very hard path. Probably better to work for a large organization in a position that allows you some freedom to initiate your own ideas.

30.3 - 21. Don't let life pass you by waiting for the exact right door to open.

39.3 - 8. Find something not too far fetched, something not too far beyond your experience.
