The investigation that has been going on since I made a complaint of sexual harassment by my manager in November 2011 is about to come to an end and I will be told the outcome by the council next week. I have also reported the manager's offensive emails to the police. I am wondering whether to pursue this report further and I asked the I Ching. I received 18.1.2 changing to 22. Could anyone advise me whether this is an encouragement to continue or whether I should just leave it in the hands of the council? many thanks

I tend to think it's saying that the tried-and-true method you have already followed of taking it to the council will be sufficient. It's not your job past a certain point to take this any further. Once the council delivers its verdict, you should be relaxing and retreating from the stress of all this. If something more needs to be done, others will do it.
