Both lines speak about a misfortune and about how birds can act, even 30 if you read Lise on 30 she even calls it To catch the bird of brightness.
A big reference to birds so its almost obvious that this creature is being used as something to make you see, in line one its too early to fly, line 6 refers to taking things to far or straying too far from home, it appears you are not ready or more things are not in place to pursue this now, so i would stay in the comfort of safe surroundings for now
