I just had a big fight with my roomate.
I don't know what I should do...I don't feel like living with her any more but I need a tenant.
She said she would move anyway, but that was in anger, so who knows.

But I, on the other hand, am tempted to tell her to move out.
She is going anyway in two months but maybe this will happen sooner.

I asked Yi Jing:
what should I do in this situation with her?
I got: 36.1.2 ->46
It is funny, because the first line is talking about people who you live with, that they don't understand you.
But it also says that if I want to live by my prinicples it will be difficult.
So, I understand that I should continue to live with her.
Line 2 seems to confirm to try to resolve the situation and that this wound is only minor. And that she needs help acutally. (she has been having some severe mental problems, whe was treated in a hospital and lately she has been terribly moody and snapping and nagging...)

I asked then: should I ask her to move out?
I got: 4.1.3.->36
The first line might be that this is too severe.
Line 3 seems to be saying that I should not do anything about this. Not act, but wait. She is on the move.

I asked how the situation with her will develop, I got 14.5->1
It is again that I should not go after her and try to make peace or something, but I should wait. She might come closer on her own and I should show sympathy and understanding but at the same time I should keep my dignity.

Overall impression: I must wait, do not do anything and persevere in living with her even though she is as she is.

Any other insights please?
Thanks!

36 is clearly a theme here. I read 36 as saying that you should rein in your anger and impatience; keep it restrained and don't let it flare out brightly. "Use the strength of gelded horses," not stallions -- don't act out of testosterone-driven anger. It's the time to pick your way through carefully, to take things step by step.

And be grateful. 14 is saying that this situation that looks so awful and frustrating to you is actually a great possession.
