But in today's world everything is becoming more and more open... With the internet and so many masters and schools being able to offer correspondence courses, books, lectures in youtube or similar sites and other stuff, AI translations becoming better and better and overall it has never been so easy to learn even advanced five arts systems from the west.
Still its very, very expensive at times, but the more knowledge flows to the west the cheaper it becomes, as we view knowledge as something that needs to be shared, not kept for selected few(usually by their income).
So its all good, just needs time.
